We can help. Call our free, confidential Helpline at 1-800-537-6066

A trained TTD advocate is available 24 hours a day by phone for support, information, and safety planning.

You do not have to be in crisis or needing shelter to call the helpline. Call with questions or just to talk with someone who will listen to you without judgment and without telling you what to do.

Our helpline is for everyone. Friends, family, coworkers, supervisors, police, counselors, clergy, and health care providers are welcome to call us for information and support.
